Placing orders: We accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. Please be specific when ordering, include item description, brand, unit size, quantity, expected delivery date, etc.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours please leave a message on the recorder.

Customer Service: Customer Service personnel are available to help, by giving you a reminder call on a set day and time. Please inquire.

We offer free delivery for Portland Metro, Salem and Yamhill County with a $50 minimum purchase. There is no minimum required for customer Will Call pick ups.

Delivery Hours: No deliveries scheduled after 2:00 p.m. If no one is available to receive the order before 2:00 p.m., it will be returned to our office for customer Will Call pick up.

Delivery Locations 
Downtown Portland, NW Portland, Inner East Side: Order before noon for next day delivery. No Wednesday deliveries.

Portland Metro: Tuesday (order by noon on Monday) or Friday (order by noon on Thursday).

Gresham: Thursday (order by noon Wednesday).
East County & Clackamas: Monday (order by noon on Friday) or Thursday (order by noon Wednesday).
Salem & Yamhill County: Wednesday (order by noon Tuesday).
Other Areas: Please contact our office.

Daily U.P.S. shipping is available. No Saturday deliveries. Perishable items are shipped at buyer's risk.

Terms of Sale



All sales are C.O.D. until credit arrangements have been made. No credit will be granted without a signed and approved Application of Credit.

We accept cash, checks, VISA & MASTERCARD.



Prices are subject to change without notice. Case purchases discounted three percent (3%). We offer a two percent (2%) discount for payments received in our office within 10 days (not available with Credit Card payments). Discount available only to customers in good credit standing.



Products may be returned only with written authorization from the office. Returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.



Credits will be issued by our office, only after the returned product has been verified. Please do not deduct returned products from invoices.
