Our Wild Mushroom Blend features imported dried porcini, boletus, chanterelle and oyster mushrooms at an affordable cost making them economical for everyday use. We also carry local dried Morels - subject to seasonal availability - in one ounce or one pound sizes. Porcini, sliced or powdered, are also available by the ounce or pound.
We designed our own line of soup bases to be the highest quality, by making them primarily of meat with very little salt and no added MSG or chemicals. These bases offer chefs a lot of flavor that is cost effective and without all the salt that most soup bases contain. Sun Dried Tomatoes
Our Sun Dried Tomatoes are truly sun dried, processed without any sulfur dioxide or preservatives, and with very little salt. Without preservatives they do oxidize (darken) a bit, but we believe the flavor is superior. They are available Julienned, Diced, or Granulated. Our Marinated Sun Dried tomatoes are made in house using spices, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
