From Thailand we offer Taste of Thai Red, Yellow, and Green Curry pastes, Pad Thai Sauce and Peanut Sauce. We also offer Fish Sauce, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Sweet Chili Sauce and Sambal Oelek, all critical ingredients to authentic Thai cooking.
Japanese products include Wasabi powder, Pickled Ginger, Rice Wine Vinegar, Mirin, Miso Paste and Nori wrappers for sushi. Our soy sauce is locally produced in Salem by Yamasa, one of Japan's largest and oldest manufacturers.
