Our Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of picual and hojiblanca varieties with a fruity, grassy and peppery flavor typical of the Castillian region. It is perfect for salads as well as a dipping oil for bread. Our Italian Costa d'Oro brand comes from Abruzze and is entirely made of Italian olives ('Product of Italy') as opposed to cheaper oils that are blended in Italy but can be made of oils from anywhere in the Mediterranean region ('Packed in Italy'). It has a rich buttery flavor typical of oil from this region.
Our Spanish Grape Seed oil is perfect for sautéing due to its high smoke point or when a lighter flavor is required in a dressing.
