2 Tbls EVOO
1/4 c white wine
1/2 c + 1 1/2 Tbls minced shallot
1 Tbls mustard (i like grained dijon but whatever you like)
1/3 c finely chopped parsley
6 to 8 Mama Lil’s Asparagini (or try substituting Lilibeans if you like), chopped into segments that are as long as they are wide.
1 tsp sherry vinegar
kosher salt and black pepper to taste.

1 lb oregon hazelnuts
1 quart heavy cream
2 Tbls minced garlic
2 Tbls minced shallot
1 Tbls cloves
1 Tbls allspice berries
