Oregon Sweet Potato Ravioli

We’re pleased to announce another ravioli for your autumnal needs.  This Oregon Sweet Potato Ravioli is a great balance of sweet and savory, highlighted with brown sugar, mascarpone, and dried cranberries on top of savory parmesan, ricotta, chevre, and finished with rosemary.  The result is a ravioli that could be tossed in cinnamon sugar for a savory dessert or bathed in brown butter for a seasonal appetizer.  These are our small square ravioli, so they average about forty pieces per pound, similar to our three cheese or spinach and cheese ravioli.  Contact your sales representative for information today!
