Heirloom Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella Ravioli
We are pleased to announce that our summer seasonal ravioli, Heirloom Tomato with Fresh Mozzarella, is now available in one pound packages. We’ve tweaked our recipe from last year by adding more fresh mozzarella, and also adding basil to the egg dough wrapper, making it a light, summery ravioli reminiscent of another favorite, the caprese salad. We like them with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.
