Product Change: Guajillo Paste

Due to repeated difficulties with product availability, the D’allesandro brand Guajillo paste has been replaced.  Classic foods has started producing our own Guajillo paste, and is now available.  Our Guajillo paste is just four ingredients; Guajillo and Pasilla powder, refined sea salt, and lemon juice.  Because of the lack of preservatives, our product is not shelf stable, and is being sold frozen in two pound quart containers. Ask your sales representative for a sample today!
